Q: I purchased your 3-part internal cleansing program a while ago, but can't find specific instructions. With the capsules, the powder, and the tea - exactly how do I take them, and when, etc.?

A: If you are taking meds, give yourself a one hour window between meds and the internal cleanse components.

FIRST 10 DAYS - Take 2 PARANIX ANTIPARASITIC CAPSULES in the morning with an 8oz. glass of water on an empty stomach.

1/2 hour later take 1/4 to 1/2 tablespoon of INTERNAL SWEEP HERBAL POWDER. The scoop is in container. Mix quickly in room temperature beverage - water or juice. Drink down.

In the evening before bed, seep 1 KLENZ TEA BAG for 2 minutes in 12 oz. of water and throw bag away. One bag makes 2 6oz. cups of tea. Drink the one cup the first night and save the second cup for the second night. The KLENZ TEA can be taken hot or cold. A thirty-bag package will last you 60 days. During the day be sure to drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water to flush your system.

DAYS 11-30 - Increase PARANIX ANTIPARASITIC CAPSULES to 5 capsules first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with an 8 oz. glass of water.

1/2 hour later take the INTERNAL CLEANSE HERBAL POWDER, increasing the measure to 1 full scoop in a glass of 8 oz. room temperature water or juice. Scoop is in the container. Drink down.

In the evening before bed, seep 1 KLENZ TA BAG. 1 bag makes 2 cups. You can seep the KLENZ TEA as long as you wish. You can keep the bag in a container with the second cup of tea and dink the next evening. Discard the tea bag.

During the day be sure to drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water to flush your system.

HALF WAY THROUGH THE CLEANSE - 30 DAY MARK

Suspend taking only the PARANIX ANTIPARASITIC CAPSULES for 5 days. Continue taking the rest of the product. After 5 days, continue taking 5 PARANIX ANTIPARASITIC CAPSULES each morning first thing with an 8 oz. glass of water and repeat this daily until the end of the program.

During the day be sure to drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water to flush your system.
